On the Drupal side: we fixed some frontend issues on H&F's microsites ahead of their Drupal 11 upgrade, sorted some page layout bugs on their new publication content type, and went down a rabbit hole trying to understand why a client couldn't paste plain text through a text filter. (No resolution yet. The text filter remains undefeated.)
I also watched Angie's Drupal AI TV session on the publication importer. It’s always good to hear the community talking about the work, and kinda exciting to see people from all over the world eager to use it. I gave a brief update on Quorum at the community meet-up.
More on Quorum soon; We’re working out what the next steps actually look like.
On the process side: I had a call to progress our ISO certifications, which turned out to be further along than I thought, though there's still a lot of work to do. We also did some honest work on our cash flow, trimming what we can, and building some processes that don't rely on AI tooling or third-party software. Good to have, regardless.
The week wasn't all screens. I planted the last of the chillies and got more tomatoes into the polytunnel, finally, they looked pretty sad. And somewhere in the middle of it all, we went to look at a house in the countryside that has room for more chickens, and more veg growing and needs to be completely renovated.
That last one's doing a lot of thinking-space in my head at the moment. Big decisions take energy, and this week it showed.
